Processing Time
At The Hall of SELF, we strive to process and ship all orders within 3 business days of receipt. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped.
Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
We use standard 3-day shipping for all orders shipped within the continental United States. Delivery times are based on the shipping method selected at checkout and the destination of your package.
Shipping Rates
- Orders over $75: Free priority 3-5 business days shipping.
- Orders under $75: $7.5 priority 3-5 business days shipping.
Shipping rates are calculated based on the total amount of your order.
Shipping Restrictions
Currently, we only ship within the continental United States. We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to check the status of your shipment on the carrier's website.
Delayed or Lost Shipments
While we strive to ensure timely delivery, there may be occasional delays due to unforeseen circumstances. If your order is delayed or lost, please contact our customer service team at info@yogatv.pt, and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Returns and Exchanges
We cannot accept returns of supplement products. All sales are final. If you believe there was an error with your supplement order, please contact us at info@yogatv.pt. Our customer service team will assist you in resolving any issues with your order.
